Reformer Class

Service Description

The Reformer is a bed like machine that has a carriage, which moves backwards and forwards. It has a set of springs so we can control your workout resistance during class. At Sole Pilates we have the top Reformers on the market. Due to the carriage moving backwards and forwards, Pilates Reformer classes will help improve your balance, body awareness, as spring tension aids you in recruiting upper and lower body musculature with increased intensity.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for all classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your space. Private bookings are only booked in and confirmed with advance payment. Your session may not go ahead if we have not received payment, and it will not be booked in if it is your first visit. To reschedule, please go to your account and make the changes. Changes can be made up to 24 hrs before the start time of the class. We do not offer refunds, transfers or exchanges on any purchases. In extenuating circumstances if SOLE Pilates has to cancel a session, your class will be credited accordingly. Class & Block Expiry dates are from purchase date. Cancellation Policy SOLE Pilates runs a strict 24 hour cancellation policy on all group classes. All Classes cancelled outside of this time are charged at full class price. No Shows are charged as if you attended and a class is deducted accordingly. 1:1 also have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations or re-schedules made after this time are charged at full price. All cancellations must be made through the Sole Pialtes App or Website.
