STOTT PILATES® Lead Instructor Trainer
Saulo Ouverney
Saulo is a passionate Pilates, Biomechanics, and Exercise Physiology expert dedicated to staying updated on the latest fitness and mindfulness trends. He discovered Pilates in 2006, opened his own studio in 2007, and later specialized in STOTT PILATES®, becoming an Instructor Trainer (2013) and Lead Instructor Trainer (2017). He taught in the Middle East, trained in Canada, and moved to London in 2020. Now based in the UK, he shares his expertise in Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire while continuing to certify new instructors worldwide.

Caitlin Stevens
Caitlin is a STOTT PILATES® trained instructor based in Oxford, passionate about helping clients develop strength, stability, and body awareness through mindful movement. After endometriosis surgeries, Pilates became a transformative practice, offering long-term support. Now, the focus is on guiding clients to move with purpose, whether they're recovering, building strength, or starting fresh, always meeting them at their current level and progressing with clarity and consistency.

Rachel Cohen
Rachel is an experienced and highly-trained STOTT PILATES instructor who creates tailored, dynamic classes suitable for all levels—from beginners to advanced. Her approach blends mindful, strategic strength with elegant, flowing movement, informed by her professional background in ballet and contemporary dance.
She adapts intuitively to each individual in both group and private settings, and is continually expanding her expertise with new equipment and specialties like Cadillac and Barre. Rachel’s goal is to provide purposeful, engaging sessions that help you become stronger and more energized.
