Class Intensity & Level Chart

To make it easier for you to choose the class that best fits your level and goals, we are introducing a new class intensity chart. This visual guide will be displayed on our website and at the studio starting today.

You will see classes tagged with three colors:

GREEN: Foundation/Beginner Level. Perfect for those new to Pilates or focusing on the FUNdamentals.
BLUE: Improver/Intermediate Level. For clients who have taken Pilates with us before, have a knowledge of the STOTT PILATES® Principles, understand how to manage spring tension, and feel ready for classes focusing on form, strength and endurance.
RED: Intensity Up Level. For clients who are comfortable with all the above and are looking for a more intense and challenging STOTT PILATES® session.
